User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.8) Gecko/20100202 Firefox/3.5.8 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.8) Gecko/20100202 Firefox/3.6.2 With Firefox 1.6.2, when logged in to Joomla 1.5 as admin, any attempt to create a Section, a Category, or an Article fails. When the Save button is clicked, no error message is given, and no response is received. Nothing happens. The only way out is to cancel. Downgrading to Firefox 1-5-8 (or using Internet Explorer 8) solves the problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a site with Joomla 1.5.15 2. Log in as admin 3. Try to create a Section, a Category, or an Article Actual Results: See details above. Expected Results: What should happen is that the item is saved, and a "saved successfully" message is displayed. I first tested by disabling all add-ons in 1.6.2, but it made no difference.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. Closed - With Firefox 3.5.16 this no longer occurs.
