Details

When using the open command (or any command line menu, for that matter), it 
would be good to be able to navigate between the items in the menu using the 
keyboard. Ideally, you can use the arrows to move between items and <enter> to 
select one. It might be nice to have shortcuts for the individual items in the 
list as well (something like ctrl-1 through ctrl-9)

Based on a discussion we had today, it looks like moving around with the arrows 
is difficult and actually a bit less optimal than ctrl-1 thru ctrl-0. So, we'll 
start with just doing ctrl-1 thru ctrl-0.

Quickopen doesn't support arrows right now, but has accelerators for the menu which is actually even faster to work with. Consider this bug resolved as of 57afa235064f
