Details

Mozilla 2000100208 on Win98.  If the focus is in the location field,
and you press TAB, the focus moves to somewhere else - where, I
can't tell, as nothing is highlighted (as far as I can see).

To reproduce:
1. Place cursor in location field.  Carat blinks.
2. Press TAB.
3. Carat disappears, and no key sequences seem to do anything.

Expected behaviour:
1. Focus moves to the main pane.

Same behaviour on the Linux builds, I believe.

isn't this a dup of bug 44257 "Pressing tab in url bar causes cursor to

I'd say so.  Changing status to dupe.
