(maybe 3.6.3. isonly a half build as it patches only one vulnerability, but a full build would be nice, to avoid multiple automatic updates.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update V3.5.8 to 3.5.9
2. Update V3.5.9 to 3.6.2
3. Update V3.6.2 to 3.6.3
Actual Results:  
cumbersome, but probably for a reason

Expected Results:  
update mechanism could be shortened.

Release engineering doesn't appear to be offering an update to 3.6.3 from 3.5.9 so this isn't a problem with app update... moving to correct product -> component.

This is expected; we are still generating the FF3.5.9 -> FF3.6.3 updates after yesterday's high speed FF3.6.3 release.
