If I was downloading something called Potato.png or potato.exe or potato.bit or potato.<insert ANY ending here> the save dialogue box comes up with incorrect formatting. AFTER I click cancel and try to download Potato.<ANYTHING> again, it works perfect until the browser closes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just try to save something
2. Click cancel button
3. Try to save it again
4. Now it works
Actual Results:  
1. Incorrect Layout
   Inability to save file correctly
2. Just Clicked cancel so box goes away...

4. Ran perfectly

Expected Results:  
Allowed me to NOT do steps 1 & 2

Doesn't Happen Anymore. I believe it might have been and add-on, but unsure of which one...
