Move rule to correct file

I've noticed that we have the following rule in commmunicator.css (all themes):

#downloadView > treechildren::-moz-tree-image(Name) {
  -moz-margin-end: 2px;
}

It obviously doesn't apply anymore, but could make sense (increase the space between the file icon and the name) - this is what the attached patch does.
Another option would be to just remove the rule (could also make sense, since we've lived without the rule for quite some time now).
