Based on a discussion with hyatt about what he's implementing in WebKit, we should also allow -moz-column-rule-color to depend on whether links are visited. I have patches for this; it's pretty straightforward.

This uncovered a bug in nsStyleAnimation; while I was there I added tests for currentColor as well.
