We need to figure out where these are going on moff.m.c.

I'm thinking

mobile/releases -> moff.m.c, with redirects for moff.m.c/maemo and moff.m.c/dists
or

mobile/releases/beta -> moff.m.c/beta, where beta is a redirect to a new beta web root.

We will also need a new .install file.
And Stuart: looks like 1.1b1 is the standard, not 1.1beta1 (bouncer).

We have:
- a new moff.m.c webroot + redirects.
- a mobile/releases/1.1b1, with the latest-beta pointing to it.
- a new set of .install files in http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/maemo/ (see firefox-beta.install)
- a bouncer link for Firefox-Mobile-1.1b1 pointing at the beta install files.

I'm doing some testing on device.

be/firefox-beta.install installs 1.1~b1 that appears Belarusian.
multi/firefox.install installs 1.0.1... my spot testing looks good.

We need to make sure metrics knows about the new file locations, and that the website only has the 18 locales for this beta.  More testing probably wouldn't hurt, either.
