In http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.2/pa-IN/file/c1a2bb0c3e4b/mobile/chrome/config.dtd, <!ENTITY cancel.label "ਰੱਦ ਕਰੋ)"> looks like it has a type, the trailing ')' looks wrong comparing to other cancel strings in Punjabi. Not blocking beta on this, filing to get feedback.
