From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001009
BuildID: 2000100904
When Moz displays an html file on a local drive that has links to positions in
that same file, clicking on that link does not work.
In my case I am browsing local HTML files generated by the source code
documentation tool Doxygen. In particular an HTML page generated for a single
C++ class's documentation. If I select the link to a class member function (the
link is to another position in the same file) the browser will not go that
point. This works in NS 4.7x and has, until the last week or so, worked in Mozilla.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a local HTML file that has links to other positions in that same file
2. Click on a link to another position in that file
3. Watch it not go there.

Expected Results:
If you want the exact same file as I am using to reproduce this you can pull it
from my ftp server:

filename /pub/class_viabuffer.html
If you simply mean to say that named anchors don't work, this is a dup of bug
55244 "surfing to a named anchor stop working"
