I had a crash shortly after closing a window that had a tab on a hulu.com video. When I started Firefox back up, I could hear the video playing but there was no visible window for it. Using Spy++ I was able to find the window and confirmed that it was made but not visible (it was also not in the recently closed windows menu). Restarting Firefox cleanly had the window come back up normally. I have saved off my sessionstore.{js|bak} files (and they do differ) in case they are useful.
Rob, does this still reproduce?

I crashed Firefox with the nightly tester tools while on a hulu.com video but everything worked fine after restarting Fx.
