scrolling is really jerky and slow compared to other modern browsers on this page. 

Tested with today's trunk nightly on Win7 with d2d enabled.

This doesn't seem particularly bad for me. Are you zoomed at all?

On Linux, this is much faster on m-c than 1.9.2.
Smooth scrolling is still a bit jerky on m-c.

Tested the page with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20120315 Firefox/14.0a1 and scrolling was smooth once the page was fully loaded. Scrolling was jerky while the page was still loading.
