55892 - Custom Install from Full Installer downloads files again

Happens OS: Mac OS 9.0.4
Doesn't Happen OS: N/A

Actual Results: Installer insists in connecting to sweetlou.mcom.com with no 
choice to use local files.
Expected Results: If FULL INSTALLER is downloaded, all files should be local

Reason for Severity: Majorly important issues for homes with more than one 
computer, small businesses, and also increases server load on our end.

Reproducible?  Most definitely.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download Mac Full Installer version of N6
2) Run Installer
3) Select Custom Install (I wanted to install only Browser, not Mail, etc, 
English only)
4) See screen say "Want to download from sweetlou...?"

This is because langende.xpi is not being packaged. This hoses our CD installer
story and must be remedied before we burn RTM CDs. Sounds like a build delivery
issue. Good catch!

sounds to me liek this is related to the missing lang packs in the packaging 
process, problem which just got fixed. (bugscape 2822)
Tao, please try again with a newer build (starting 20001014)

Dan,

I think this is fixed (see bugscape bug 2629 and bug 2822) - when the language 
pack files were found on sweetlou in xpi directory- no download occurs.
If you agree, tao can mark worksforme and I can verify
