Need a KB article for configuring a Sympatico connection. GS articles: http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/topics/will_not_conect_to_server
New Sympatico page: http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Thunderbird+and+Sympatico?bl=n Currently only has info on SMTP settings, per GS topic. We can expand as other issues become apparent.
