Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.wordsworth.org.uk/home/ (or attached TC)
2. Scroll down and take a look at text in the middle of the 'Poetry Season 2010'
column
Actual Results:
Text is not scrolling, sometimes only a part of it is visible
Expected Results:
Marquee should be scrolling normally
Note that if you reload this page while marquee bracket is visible, it will start working properly

For me this looks like google carousel bug (bug 540850).
If I zoom in, I can see a little band of probably 15px which continue to redraw on the left side of the text.

I can't reproduce this anymore in current Fennec trunk build.
