Places uses from_visit ids to track down and ignore some redirect chains. We can either do that on item creation or lazily by syncing the from_visit. However, we can't just sync the from_visit id as that'll be different across machines, so we'll have to either sync the whole from_visit data (uri and time) or give them guids.
