When the Mozilla window is maximized, drag-scrolling left and right is very slow in Classic and impossible in Modern. I think the problem is that Mozilla wants me to go outside of the content area in order to start scrolling, whereas it should start several pixels before I hit the edge (unless the window is small).
Not going to fix this for Netscape 6; we'll address this after 6 ships.
