* We need to add an "opt in" check box for users to opt in to receive the monthly Drumbeat email newsletter

* This is a top-priority feature with important legal / privacy considerations. Should take priority over all other work, aside from donate & t-shirt order related issues

* Newsletter opt-in data should be tracked in CiviCRM. So that Chelsea can use it to send newsletters through CiviMail.

* The priority is to get this feature added before Drupal Con.

* If we can't get these larger changes done in time, let's hold off and come back to them later.

A civicrm mailing list group called "Drumbeat Monthly Newsletter" will be created and users ticking the box will be added to this group. Unticking will remove users from the group.

2) Please boldface all the opt-in copy.

Found the account in Civi, but there are two records of it in the database. Is that intentional?
