The subfolders/contents are omitted. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create bookmark folder 2. Populate folder with bookmarks 3. Use Weave to perform merge/sync to client 4. Only first-level bookmarks are synced; subfolder and contents will not be synced. Actual Results: First-level bookmarks are properly synced, but bookmark subfolders and their contents are omitted. Expected Results: Original bookmark hierarchy, no matter how deeply nested, should be preserved. This could be viewed as a data loss issue, as there is potential for reverse syncing to delete bookmark subfolders on all clients. This actually occurred in my case, and I was forced to restore my old bookmarks from backup.

This works for me creating a new folder in an existing folder on the toolbar, then moving some bookmarks into that new folder. Sync, then all turns out well on the other end.

Same thing happens here. Firefox browser at work has folders(populated with bookmarks) in root of Bookmarks menu but on Firefox browser on laptop, only root level bookmarks get synced. No folders display.
Are you seeing this with latest version of Fx-sync on 3.6.x or on minefield, both?

Works for me - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b10pre) Gecko/20110114 Firefox/4.0b10pre Created several depths of bookmarks, all bookmarks and tags were synced.
