Details
If I go to this address from my bookmard or if I type it, it's ok.
If I press the reload button, the layout of the page is not correct. Images that
are used to do a square around the news appear ok the first time, but are not
placed correctly after the reload.

tested on Linux build id 2000122218
it seems to be ok now... except that the left menu and tabs are not ok on this
page are not ok.
for the left menu, red header for the date does not appear
tabs are not aligned correctly for the link they point to
this page is ok in Netscape 4.75 on Linux or IE 5.5 on Win95
should I open an other bugs?
