Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the awesome bar
2. Click on the favicon
3. Do it a couple of times to notice the favicon's behavior

Actual Results:
The favicon button will go to a pressed state and then an unpressed state briefly before finishing at a pressed state.

Expected Results:
The favicon should not go to a unpressed state at all when the site panel is instanced/opened.
