559655 - Installed addon before restart does not appear in the addons list

After installing an addon via AMO or external site (eg. www.mozillalabs.com/weave), There is no visibility that the addon appears in the addons list until after i restart.   I expected behavior would be similar to firefox, where the installed addon (prior to restarting), appears visible in the list with the restart required button.

Repro:
1) install fennec 1.1b1
2) search for a addon to install via AMO or weave's website
3) install through the web page.   wait for addon installation complete message to appear
4) scroll over to addons manager
5) Verify the "Restart" notification is shown, but your newly installed addon is nowhere on the list.  Only after restarting, does it appear

Expected:
- step 5 should preview the installed addon, but not actually function until its been restarted.   With firefox, you have the option to cancel the installation actually, so i kinda expected the same behavior

Actual:
- no preview of the installed addon prior to restarting.

Firefox doesn't put the newly installed add-on in the same list as the already installed add-ons. We would need to create a new sections in the add-on manager.

I don't think this bug is a big deal, so I am hesitant to starting such a UI change without more feedback.
