Windows branch build 2000101008 

Steps :
1 Install the windows build without java plugin (custom install)
2 Go to the http://java.sun.com website
3 Observe a puzzle icon at top right saying" Click here to install plugin"
4 Proceed with the installation of the java plugin
5 Now go back to the open browser window where the default plugin window will 
  say "Click here after installing the plugin"
6 Observe that nothing happens even after installing the plugin
7 The browser needs a restart to recognize that the java plugin is installed and   
  run applets

Expected: After installing the plugin, hitting reload or clicking on the puzzle 
icon should display the applet (As in 4.x)
Srirang, this needs to be relnoted for RTM.  What's the Relnotes bug for RTM and
PR3?

I don't know the release not ebug for RTM.(hasn't been open right now, if I am 
right). The pr3 release note bug is bug 50805 (which won't b useful). I will 
remember to release note this in the rtm release note bug when it is opened 
officially.
