Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to any web page on MDC which you did not yet edit
2. Click Edit page option
3. Do not change the content (do not touch it), click Save button
Result:
A "change" was saved. This "change" is displayed in the history of edited page with "no wording changes" description. It does not make sense...
Expected:
A "change" was NOT saved. Mentioned "change" is not visible in the history (because there was no really change).
Possible resolution:
Save button is not available (greyed out) until you change something.
OR
Mentioned pseudo-change does not occur in the history (it works in this way in MediaWiki)
