Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3
Despite selecting "save and quit" when prompted to save tabs when quitting firefox, tabs will not reopen during the next session. I only encountered this problem after "upgrading" to 3.6. I did not have this problem in previous 3.0 versions.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open multiple tabs
2. Quit firefox
3. When prompted to save tabs before quitting select "save and quit"
4. Reopen firefox; none of the tabs from the previous session will reopen
Actual Results:
See above
Expected Results:
Reopened the tabs from my previous session
Can you try to reproduce this using a new profile?

This is not a "bug" you either have your browser set to clear history when it closes or not to keep history at all, this clears saved sessions as well, change this setting and you will get your expected behavior.

Cam, on what basis do you make that statement?

Because the behavior can't be replicated with a new profile, and he's describing behavior one would expect when one's settings have been changed to not save any history. (I actually thought this was a bug for a while myself when I was experiencing it at first).

a distinct possibility, but seems an unlikely option for the average to pick.
and there are many other possibilities

3 months without a reply from the reporter & without more details, can't be reproduced, so marking incomplete.
acmortazavi - Reopen if you can still reproduce & have more info for us.
