VERIFIED DUPLICATE of bug 61352

People

(Reporter: burnus, Assigned: vishy)

Details

This is with 2000-10-10-21/Linux (Mozilla nightly) [and is a kind of split of
from bug 55792].
I expect that ctrl-shift-home/end can be used to select the whole text from the
cursor position to the beginning/end of the text(area). Using ctrl-home/end I
expect the same, but without selecting. Using (plain) Mail Composer and HTML
Composer it works ok.
Correction: In plain Mail composer and in HTML Composer ctrl-home/end doesn't
work, but ctrl-shift-home/end does. (maybe bug 55792 will changed to cover
this.)
Confirmed. This is so annoying! ;-)

Sorry, I didn't mean to enter a comment, I just wanted to add myself to the
Cc list. I was just testing for this bug. :-(
Since Don has left, Vishy is taking his bugs in bulk, pending reassignment.
