Details
emailAddress is deprecated but some toolkits (e.g openssl) still generate certs with emailAddress.

Time for OpenSSL to catch up with the standards.
Time for OpenSSL users to stop thinking that OpenSSL *IS* the standard.
Another failing is OpenSSL continues to fail to reverse RDNs in the
string form of DNs when converting from DER to string form, and vice versa.
That's their problem, not ours.

Honestly, I don't see why it is such a big deal. It is just an alias for MAIL anyway.
