Unfortunately the ftp url specified is no longer valid. ftp.pasoftware.com no
longer has a pub directory. 

I was able to download other documents on that ftp site without incident using
Mac Build: 2001052408.

VERIFIED:
FTP worked in Mozilla 0.9 on Mac. If there is another site with the same
problem, it will show up in newer bugs...
+makingtest. Mac FTP tests will need some .sit and .hqx test URLS.
