1. Load testcase 2. Click on the first textbox 3. Press shift and some letters: get empty boxes for shift 4. Press '/': shift boxes on the same line shrink into small, solid boxes I haven't tried to make a version of the testcase without JavaScript.

This seems to me to be a editor issue, I am not sure the shift key should be generating onkeydown events. (could be a joki bug also)

works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008042315 Minefield/3.0pre ID:2008042315 and the testcase from jesse closing as works for me
