When firefox opens and is behind an authenticating proxy with mulitple tabs, details must be entered manually into every single proxy authentication field (or master password) for each unqique url being called in tabs. This can easily result in huge numbers of repeated entering of proxy passwords.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure your browser to use an authenticating proxy
2. Open lots of different tabs to lots of places
3. Close and reopen firefox
Actual Results:
Firefox opens many unique proxy authentication fields.

Expected Results:
Firefox should only need proxy credentials once.
