It doesn't make sense to have the software update script in the mozmill-test repository. This script is identical for all versions of Firefox and should be moved to the mozmill-automation repository on Github. http://github.com/whimboo/mozmill-automation I'll have to wait until bug 553418 has been fixed.
After talking with Clint today we want to have those scripts in the Mozmill repository itself. That means they will be accessible at: http://github.com/mikeal/mozmill/tree/master/scripts/firefox-automation/ I will come up with a patch.
