When you want to remove a theme in the new add-ons manager and do the following:
0. Install a Persona.
1. Go to the Themes pane.
2. Select the Persona, click the "Remove" button.
3. Once you're alerted that it has been removed, click "Undo?".
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 as many times you wish.
Current behaviour:
The removal notifications never goes away. Repeating the steps causes many more removal notifications.

The same goes any extension too.
