If bug 563044 is implemented, then we'll need a first run page for the Thunderbird 3.1 builds. The focus of the page should be looking towards getting the user going and where to get help with setting up etc if necessary.
(of course, we'll need localised versions as well, so we need to get this going pretty asap if we're going to do it for 3.1).
Not going to do this at the current time.
