563814 - [mozmill] Automatically detect minor vs. major updates

At the moment we have to specify if we want to run a minor or a major update with Mozmill. We can definitely be smarter and leave this up to the snippets itself. We simply have to compare the status of other updates, which could be probably in the queue, after the update has been applied. Shouldn't be too hard to fix.

Code looks fine.  Have not had a chance to test it due to pending patch for bug 564539, but code-wise, this looks fine.

Move of Mozmill related project bugs to newly created components. You can
filter out those emails by using "Mozmill-Tests-to-MozillaQA" as criteria.
