Loading the testcase triggers:

Still happens with Firefox trunk and Ubuntu 10.10.

Also happens when loading this reftest helper file:
http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/layout/reftests/svg/as-image/img-foreignObject-embed-2-helper.svg
This arises from the <embed ... src="data:audio/wav" ...> in that file. More simply, I hit this if I just directly load this data URI:
data:text/html,<embed src="data:audio/wav,">
(I'm using an up-to-date m-c debug build, on Ubuntu 11.10)

Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
