Disable linux64 for 1
We are never going to ship off it and it causes load unnecessarily. This should get it out of the way.
Don't disable the linux64 opt builds on 1.9.1, they were there prior to all of this over ramp up to catch certain types of errors (described here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=359336#c0)

I would like to disable notifying talos as well. Can I pass you the patch for review once I have it?
This bug was to reduce the unnecessary load on Linux 64 bit machines. This is not that important and I will put it on the side.

These are the discrepancies wrt to linux64 that I have found and few other that were no brainers. There are few other ones for try and 10.6 but I leave it into lsblakk and bear to deal with them since they did the setup for it. This patch only affects staging files.

Armen: what's left to do here? Is it something I could drive during buildduty?
Disable everything that has to do with Linux64 except for the optimized builds on checkin. I would do it for both 1.9.1 and 1.9.2. This is an easy bug but I never had time to work on it and wasn't that urgent. I don't how much load will we really be saving as these two branches don't have that much load.
I'm set to remove the talos builders for both linux64 and macosx64 in bug 571367.
I think linux64 is disabled on 1.9.1 now.
