Near the top of each page at this site there is a green bar with 5 links. When the cursor passes over one of the links a menu appears & won't go away when the cursor is moved off the link unless a reload is done. This is the only site that I experience this issue, I only browse with Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.place cursor over link in green bar near top of page
2.
3.
Actual Results:
menu drops down & won't go away when cursor is moved off the link/menu

Expected Results:
reload to remove menu

remove menu when cursor is moved off the link/menu
Same result in Safari and Chrome - works in IE. Changing to Tech Evangelism as this is a website issue.

David, please let the site owner(s) know they're broken in all browsers except IE, and please keep us posted with their response here.

Summary: drop down menu won't go away → bassresource.com - drop down menu won't go away
I've no idea how IE Windows actually hides those submenus. It 'works' on IE7, but it is a bit of a hit and miss. Partly I think it is a case of bug 102695. The onmousout is supposed to be fired from a box that wraps around those submenus (I think), but that box is transparent.

Anyway, it appears the site uses very old scripts. I would suggest upgrading to something a little bit more modern. There are tons of Jquery based menu scripts that would work well, including being more accessible to keyboard users.

(I've used this one recently: http://css-tricks.com/simple-jquery-dropdowns/)
"The page you are trying to access has moved."
but menus are working anyway.
