Near the top of each page at this site there is a green bar with 5 links. When the cursor passes over one of the links a menu appears & won't go away when the cursor is moved off the link unless a reload is done. This is the only site that I experience this issue, I only browse with Firefox.

menu drops down & won't go away when cursor is moved off the link/menu
Expected Results:
reload to remove menu
remove menu when cursor is moved off the link/menu

Same result in Safari and Chrome - works in IE. Changing to Tech Evangelism as this is a website issue.

David, please let the site owner(s) know they're broken in all browsers except IE, and please keep us posted with their response here.

I've no idea how IE Windows actually hides those submenus. It 'works' on IE7, but it is a bit of a hit and miss. Partly I think it is a case of bug 102695. The onmousout is supposed to be fired from a box that wraps around those submenus (I think), but that box is transparent.
Anyway, it appears the site uses very old scripts. I would suggest upgrading to something a little bit more modern. There are tons of Jquery based menu scripts that would work well, including being more accessible to keyboard users.
