the left column of this (and all similar pages on the same site) has an ad that flashes briefly (paints then unpaints) above where it belongs. It always seem to settle into the right spot.

umm ...i see no ad where you describe it on pages there.. and nothing that "moves" and settles either. Is this fixed or page changed?
not a table bug. reassigning. also, this website doesnt seem to exist anymore. so we need a new testcase.
