This is to enable tracking on mozillamessaging web sites.  Should be Web Trends, leveraging moco relationship or doing on our own.

This is fine as long as we get rid of the overly verbose commenting with versioning info etc. A one line <!-- These two script blocks below must remain inline --> is probably sufficient, maybe leave the Tag Builder version in if that's important in the future.
