When loading the JVM (visiting a page with an applet for the first time), the
browser crashes.  This is happening with this build (2000101309), but did not
happen with 2000101021 or M18.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Install browser.  Start browser.  Install JVM.  Restart browser.  Visit any
Java-containing web page (i.e. live.horizonlive.com, or java.sun.com).


Actual Results:  browser crash

Expected Results:  load page and applet

WFM 2000101309 linux.
Crashes for me linux 2000101512, optimized as well as debug build.

This smells of yet another subtly incompatible change in the plugin interface
which has happened during the last week or so :-(

Another thing to note: I can bring up the JVM from the Java console menu first,
then it crashes at the first applet like above.
