The html displays properly for me on Build 2000101308 on Linux.
If the problem is the printing of the display, there might be an issue there.
When I send the display to the printer, the text comes out very faint against a
white background.
I think that is because the text colour is defined as TEXT="#f0f0f0" which isn't
quite white.  I would imagine if the text colour was #ffffff then the text would
be invisible.

If I print the testcase, I see the text but i seems to be very white.
I mean that the text must be printed black, but it is printed grey near to white.

I'm not sure to what extent this can be fixed.
The options as I see it are:
1) Print the background colour.  Apart from wasting a load of printer ink, the
output could easily be illegible.
2) Print all output as black, ignoring the colour or shade of gray.  You'd
probably want pictures to be printed out as is, but even then the output may not
have the same meaning as on the screen.  I think this is what Netscape 4 does,
as the testcase prints out in black from Netscape 4.


This is a printer option that is not implemented for this version.. and reported 
in a different bug.  The printer option is black text.. which can be found in 
Nav.. and the other option is to print or not print backgrounds.  These options 
would get the printout to where it needs to be.. but they won't be implemented 
in this verions.

this was fixed by another bug that took care of backgrounds.  Not sure of the 
number.. but this is no longer a problem.
