This is with 2000-10-13-21-Mtrunk/i686-pc-linux-gnu. All text I copy (URL bar, input type=text, texarea, editlines in the UI etc. contain a new line (\n) at the end. This happens not only if I mark a whole line but also if I only make parts of it.
I confirm on windows 2000 with build 2000101320. I have see this as I paste something from mozilla in my IRC-Client.
