Install an add-on, upon completion restart browser and go to Options menu. Add-ons should pop-up not Preferences.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Options->Add-ons
2.Choose to install a recommended add-on  
3.Upon completion, when prompted restart the browser.
4.Select Options(gear icon)
Actual Results:  
Preferences is opened.

Expected Results:  
Add-ons tab is opened
Personally, I disagree with this idea. Showing the add-on manager after a browser install/restart has little value. Giving the Add-on manager any special treatment seems of little value.
