"Other Languages" list is not displayed properly

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Access mozilla.com
2.Check display

Actual Results:  
"Other Languages" is not positioned properly (see attached screenshot)

Expected Results:  
Text and control are correctly displayed.

Pretty sure this is a problem with mozilla.com being displayed at 800px. Same thing happens in desktop Firefox if you resize the browser window.

We haven't fixed other "requires more than 800px" bugs, so I assume the same with this one.
