56661 - mozilla Profile Migration does not convert address book

Address book in Netscape 4.75 was not converted to Mozilla M18 (20001010) during
migration process.

Resulting address book was empty.

mozilla is not able to convert 4.x addressbooks.

the commercial build (like Netscape 6.0 PR3) can.

the code that reads the 4.x .na2 format is not ours to open source, so we only
build it and package it with the Netscape build.

I'm going to mark this bug wontfix, but I'll log these two bugs:

1)  provide an alert when migrating addressbooks in mozilla, explaining why it
failed.

2)  just like we provide a PSM xpi to install crypto into mozilla (see
http://docs.iplanet.com/docs/manuals/psm/psm-mozilla/index.html), it would be
possible to create an addressbook migration xpi that would install the ab
upgrade component into mozilla.

#1 would be trivial to fix.

#2 shouldn't be hard, but we'd also have to find a place to host the .xpi file
and add some UI to mozilla to easily go get it.  (like we do with PSM, in a
mozilla browser window, it's under Debug | Install PSM)
