Moved this bug to the proper component.  I also added the SVN URL for the context.  I've added Pascal to the bug, too.  He and I will talk about procedure and setup and then get working.  There are a few other priority projects ahead of us, so we will have to evaluate when we get to this.  Thanks for filing the bug.

Note that right now we don't have a way for people to get to this other than being sent the link.  We need to sort out the language detection and language picker stuff to make this discoverable.

* Фајерфокс goes with a small letter except when you're beginning the sentence with it.
* Drumbeat should be transliterated followed original project name in parenthesis.
* дионачарима should be деоничарима(ekavian).
* Several typos.

Please go over the file again and fix as advised. Everything else seems to be all right.

Циљ је могућ, то свакако. Поента реченице је да је могуће достићи циљ, тако да предлажем:

Click the details link for the attachment, then when you see weird chars, go to View->Character Encoding-> Unicode UTF-8(even if it's already selected).

That's bugzilla playing with us ;)

As Bugzilla doesn't specify the page encoding when displaying attachment details, the browser picks its default one, that is ISO8859-1, at least for en-US and fr, though the attachment is UTF8 encoded, hence the weird characters.
