1. open tools/add-ons or navigate to "about:addons"
2. click "Get add-ons"
3. click "Browse all add-ons"
Actual Results:  
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /z/en-US/firefox/ on this server.

Expected Results:  
Page with all add-ons

Not really a Bug in MineField rather than a lack of permissions on Mozilla.org
