It looks like the tp4_%cpu tests are only run on winnt5.1 for firefox, but they are run on linux for mozillatry. We need to get these tests run linux against firefox (and mobile)

Talos currently only supports %cpu sampling on windows. This is not a question of turning something on, this is a question of adding code to talos to support this option.

we haven't had luck finding an owner for the cpu measurements in talos- nor any response on this in 3.5 years.
