This is really interesting, for two reasons. Firstly, no text is appearing. I tested adding a setTimeout call for 5 seconds before removing reftest-wait, and the text just doesn't show up. Dolske, any idea why? Also, the failing image doesn't show the icon. The icon is set in CSS <http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/themes/pinstripe/mozapps/plugins/pluginProblem.css?force=1#41>, and I'm not sure why it won't be showing. Dbaron, any ideas?

I thought that test was disabled on Mac SO X, bug 599086.

Interesting. The failure is that we're missing the block image from the image entirely.

This is because the text is set in browser.js, reftest does not use it, uses its own reftest.xul.
Disable this test on Windows XP. We have a similar problem on Mac OS X where the drawing of the background lines is not exact. This only seems to still be an issue on Windows XP.

I meant to mark Windows NT 5.1 as random, not 6.1. Ugh.
Fixed: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/2ab636cf01f3 Leaving this bug open since it looks like this can fail for Windows NT 6.1, though that seems much less common.

Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
