pgatour normally has a 3 column layout. Mozilla (buildid 2000101409) displays
columns 1 and 2 then shows everything that should be in column 3 below columns 1
and 2.
Reproducible: Always
Build id 2000100921 displays the page correctly.

This occures on Windows too. CVS 2000-10-14. Reassigning

This is likely a dup of bug #57156 but I haven't broken it down. Reassigning to
buster per his request and nominating for rtm
